How fast do you respond to quote requests?
Same day during business hours. Robert is the person on the other end of the phone and the form — not a call center, not a lead-handler. If the form goes in before 5pm Monday through Saturday, expect a reply the same afternoon. If it comes in overnight, first thing next morning.
What areas do you serve?

Do you charge for the on-site walkthrough?
No. The walkthrough is free. Robert inspects the slab, pulls moisture readings, takes dimensions, and talks through the color program. You get a written quote the same week. No obligation.
What information should I include in the form?
Square footage (rough is fine), what the space is used for (garage, shop, patio, warehouse), city, and when you’d ideally want the work done. Photos of the slab help if you have them — send them to the email above after you submit the form. Browse services if you’re not sure what system you want yet.
